LeadBridge (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a contact management and export tool for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.
Information We Access
Contacts
LeadBridge requests access to the contacts stored on your device. This access is used solely to allow you to import contacts into the app for organizing and exporting. Your contact data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Crash Reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect anonymous crash reports. These reports help us identify and fix bugs to improve app stability. Crash reports may include:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and build number
- Crash logs and stack traces
Crash reports do not contain any personal information, contact data, or content you have created within the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
LeadBridge does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Contact data from your device
- Usage or behavioral analytics
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers
- Any user-created content (notes, templates, export history)
Data Storage
All data within LeadBridge — including imported contacts, notes, message templates, export presets, and export history — is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. We do not operate any servers or cloud storage. Your data remains entirely on your device and under your control.
Data Export
When you export contacts as a CSV file, the file is generated locally on your device. You choose how and where to share or save the file using your device's built-in share functionality. LeadBridge does not send exported data to any server.
Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party service:
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — for anonymous crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
LeadBridge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
