1. Description of Service

LeadBridge is a mobile contact management and export tool designed for professionals. The App allows you to import, organize, search, message, and export contacts from your device. All data is stored locally on your device. LeadBridge does not operate servers or cloud storage for user data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

LeadBridge does not require you to create an account. The App functions entirely on your device without registration, login, or authentication.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

LeadBridge offers a free tier and a paid subscription plan (“Pro”).

• Free: Available at no cost with limited features, including 1 message template, 1 CSV export preset, and 50 exports per month.
• Pro: Available at $9.99/month or $79/year. Includes unlimited message templates, export presets, exports, priority support, and early access to new features.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trials

LeadBridge may offer a free trial period for the Pro subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may be limited to one trial per account.

6. Your Data

All data you create or import within LeadBridge — including contacts, notes, message templates, export presets, and export history — is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. LeadBridge does not access, collect, or transmit your data to any server or third party.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. If you delete the App or lose your device, your data may be permanently lost. LeadBridge is not responsible for any data loss.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App to send unsolicited communications (spam) or in violation of any anti-spam laws

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by LeadBridge and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LeadBridge does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeadBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall LeadBridge's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to LeadBridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. LeadBridge reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
